Dr. Roberts currently serves on the Board of Directors of Bausch Health Companies and previously served on the Board of Directors of Amicus Therapeutics until its acquisition by BioMarin Pharmaceutical in April 2026.

"We are pleased to welcome Eiry back to the Chief Medical Officer role. Her deep knowledge of Neurocrine, our pipeline and our clinical development programs provides strong continuity at a time when we are advancing multiple late-stage programs and preparing for several important clinical milestones," said Kyle W. Gano, Ph.D., President and Chief Executive Officer of Neurocrine Biosciences. "Our research and development priorities and our clinical programs are on track, and Eiry's experience with our portfolio positions her well to lead our clinical development efforts. I look forward to working closely with her once again. We thank Sanjay for his contributions to Neurocrine and wish him well in his next chapter."

"I am honored to assume the Chief Medical Officer role again and contribute to our mission of relieving suffering for people with unmet needs," Dr. Roberts said. "Having remained closely connected to the Company as a Strategic Advisor, I am excited about the opportunities ahead. I look forward to building on the teams' progress, advancing the portfolio, and ultimately delivering meaningful benefits for patients and value for shareholders."
